Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

KHEALPRO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Inventory shortage
  • Payment errors
  • Verification requirements
  • Suspected policy violations

Additional documentation may be requested for verification purposes before order approval.

Payment Terms

Unless separate credit terms have been agreed upon in writing, full payment is required prior to shipment.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Automatic order cancellation
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Restriction of wholesale privileges

Shipping & Risk Transfer

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the goods are released to the shipping carrier.

KHEALPRO is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs clearance issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Loss during transit
  • Business losses resulting from shipping delays

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Defective Products During Transit

Claims for shipping damage or clear manufacturing defects must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims must include:

  • Clear photographic evidence
  • Photos of original packaging
  • Proof of delivery

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

If approved, a replacement may be provided at the Company’s discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates “Delivered,” KHEALPRO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Buyers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address.

International Orders

For international orders, buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Compliance with local regulations

KHEALPRO is not responsible for customs delays or seizure by customs authorities.
