PRADA Membership – $2,000 Prepaid Credit

The PRADA Membership includes $2,000 in prepaid credit, and the prepaid credit does not expire.

The 10% discount on eligible treatments and other PRADA Membership benefits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

After the 24-month membership benefit period ends, any remaining prepaid credit may still be used. However, the membership discount and other additional benefits will no longer apply.

PRADA Membership purchases are generally considered Final Sale, and refunds for change of mind are not provided.

Prepaid credit cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

However, exceptions may apply if HEAL SKIN LAB approves a refund based on special circumstances or if a refund is required by applicable law or regulations.

If a refund is approved, all treatments already received before the refund request will be recalculated at the regular price, rather than the discounted membership price.

The recalculated amount will be deducted from the original prepaid credit, and the final refund amount will be based on the remaining balance after all applicable deductions.

If the member has already received or used complimentary services, gifts, bonus credit, or other special membership benefits, the regular retail value or previously stated value of those benefits may also be deducted from the refundable balance.

If the recalculated value of services used and benefits received equals or exceeds the refundable balance, there may be no remaining amount available for refund.

Where applicable laws or regulations require otherwise, those laws and regulations will take precedence.

Membership benefits and prepaid credit are intended for use by the registered member only.

However, the membership may be transferred to another person one time only during the membership period.

Upon transfer, the entire remaining prepaid credit and all remaining membership benefits will be transferred to the new member.

Partial transfers of prepaid credit or transfers of membership benefits separately are not permitted.

Once the transfer has been completed, the original member will no longer be able to use the remaining credit or membership benefits, and the recipient will become the new registered member.

To transfer a membership, the member must contact HEAL SKIN LAB in advance and complete the required membership information update process.

Unless otherwise stated, the 10% PRADA Membership discount cannot be combined with other promotions, event discounts, package discounts, coupons, or special offers.

If more than one discount or offer is available for the same treatment, only one discount or benefit may be applied.

Exceptions may apply only when a specific promotion clearly states that it can be combined with membership benefits.

Prepaid credit may be used toward eligible treatments and services designated by HEAL SKIN LAB.

The applicable service amount will be deducted from the prepaid credit after each visit, and any remaining balance may continue to be used on future visits.

Eligible services and usage conditions may be subject to change based on business operations. HEAL SKIN LAB will provide notice of any significant changes when necessary.

PRADA Membership members receive 10% OFF eligible treatments for 24 months from the date of purchase.

The discount is available only to the registered membership holder.

If the membership is officially transferred to another person, the new member will receive the same discount benefits for the remaining portion of the original 24-month benefit period.
